Agreement

By accessing or using Marco (the website, mobile apps, and related services), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Marco provides travel inspiration and AI-generated trip suggestions based on your MatchCards inputs and related features (for example friend matching, maps, and share cards). Recommendations are for planning purposes only and are not a booking service, travel agency, insurance product, or financial advice.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information where requested and use the service lawfully.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Overview → Delete account. Account deletion ends access to your account history in active systems. Limited records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy (for example to prevent signup-bonus abuse or meet legal requirements).

Coins, subscriptions, and billing

Travel coins are digital credits used for features such as trip generation. Coin packs are one-time purchases unless otherwise stated. Coins have no cash value and are non-transferable except as we expressly allow.
Subscriptions (for example weekly or annual plans) may refill coins on a recurring schedule and unlock premium features. Subscription terms, price, billing length, trial length (if any), and auto-renewal are shown at checkout and in the purchase UI.
Subscriptions auto-renewuntil canceled. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Manage billing from your profile billing portal or, where purchased through an app store, through that store's subscription settings.
Prices may change for future periods with notice as required by law. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law or store policy, fees are non-refundable once consumed digital content has been delivered.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information where possible so recommendations remain useful.
Verify prices, visas, safety advisories, and availability before booking any travel.
Do not abuse referrals, free trials, or signup bonuses (including creating multiple accounts to farm free coins).
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape unlawfully, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Disclaimer

Trip plans, cost estimates, and safety notes are generated automatically and may be incomplete or outdated. Marco is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions you make based on recommendations or for third-party booking, payment, or travel outcomes.

Intellectual property

The Marco name, branding, and product content are owned by us or our licensors. You may share your own results links for personal use, but you may not copy or resell the service without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
